CABBAGE SALAD 
6 chicken breasts, boiled and cubed
1 head cabbage, diced
4 green onions
1 (6 oz.) lightly salted whole Blue Diamonds, chopped coarse
2 pkgs. Top Ramen chicken flavor noodles, not cooked, crushed

DRESSING:

3/4 c. oil
4 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Combine in very large bowl 6 chicken breasts - boiled and cubed, 1 head cabbage - diced, 4 chopped green onions, 6 ounces lightly salted almonds - chopped coarse, 2 packages Top Ramen chicken flavored noodles - crushed and chicken seasoning from Top Ramen packages.

Mix dressing ingredients together. Divide salad in half. Pour half of dressing over half of salad and serve. Save the other half of salad and dressing separately for another day.
