CABBAGE-RAMEN SALAD 
Shred one head cabbage (not in food processor)
Minced onion - either green or red

Break into crumbs and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees the following:

1/2 c. sunflower seeds
3/4 c. slivered almonds
1 pkg. Top Ramen noodles

Cool.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
Seasoning packet from Ramen
1/4 c. rice vinegar

Mix cabbage, onion, "baked" almonds and Ramen with dressing. Let set approximately an hour before serving.
