PASTY RECIPE 
1 single pie crust
1 med. potato
1 sm. onion
1/2 carrot
1 sm. piece of rutabaga
1 sm. hamburger, about as much as a patty
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

To make large amounts - 36 pasties.

CRUST:

18 c. flour
3 tbsp. salt
6 c. Crisco
Water

FILLING:

10 lbs. potatoes
3 lbs. onions
1 lb. carrots
1 sm. rutabaga
4 lbs. hamburger meat
Salt and pepper to taste
