OYSTER PIE 
4 c. potatoes, cooked & cubed
1/4 c. chopped celery, cooked
1/4 c. onions
1 qt. oysters with liquor
3 hard boiled eggs, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk

Layer ingredients in baking dish. Cover with pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or pie crust is golden.
