OYSTER PIE 
Enough oysters to fill your baking dish (about 3 dozen)
1 lg. onion, minced
2 slices bacon, diced & fried until crisp
2 tbsp. minced parsley
2 tbsp. green pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
A sprinkle of cayenne pepper
Juice of one lemon
2 tbsp. butter
Enough biscuit to baking dish

Butter baking dish. Place a layer of oysters. Sprinkle half of the seasonings. Add another layer of oysters and sprinkle with remaining seasonings. If more oysters are required, simply add more. Cover with thick, rich, biscuit dough and pierce top with a knife to let out the steam.

Sprinkle biscuit dough with paprika to give color. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes until dough is cooked and brown. Serves 6.
