LAMAR'S OYSTER PIE 
1 pt. oysters (not drained if canned)
1 pkg. saltine crackers
1 stick butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 slices onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
Dash celery salt and (or) Mrs. Dash
Swiss cheese (optional)

Line bottom and sides of a medium-large round casserole dish with as many crackers as possible. Pour in oysters (no shells!) on top. Add another layer of crackers. Heat milk, onion, butter and seasonings until just near boiling. Pour over crackers and oysters.

Top with grated or sliced Swiss cheese (ex. 4-5 square slices). Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until cheese is very bubbly and browning.
