OYSTER PIE 
1 pt. of oysters
1 c. cracker crumbs (saltine)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. half and half
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Drain oysters and reserve liquid. Toss crumbs with butter. Mix oyster liquid, Worcestershire, half and half, salt and pepper. Place 1/3 crumbs in bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish; top with 1/2 oysters and part of liquid. Continue to alternate crumbs, oysters and liquid. Finishing with crumbs. Top with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
