BAKED SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. pork sausage
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
8 oz. spaghetti
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese

Stir and fry together sausage, onion, green pepper. Add tomato paste, sauce, oregano, salt and water. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

Cook spaghetti and drain. Alternate layers of spaghetti and sauce and top with Mozzarella cheese in greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 350 degrees, 30-40 minutes.

P.S. It's great reheated.
