CHEESY CATFISH 
2 lbs. catfish fillets
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine dry ingredients. Beat egg and milk together. Dip catfish in egg/milk mixture; coat with cheese mixture. Place in foil lined pan. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
