PECAN CATFISH 
2 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 Mississippi farm raised catfish fillets
1 c. ground pecans

In a small bowl, combine milk and Dijon mustard. Dip fillets into mustard mixture. Then dip into ground pecan, shaking off excess. Place on greased baking sheet. Oven fry at 500 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until catfish flakes easily. Makes 4 servings.
