CHERRY CRUMBLE 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. cherries, blueberries or rhubarb

Mix crust ingredients and spread 1/2 in a 9 inch pan, pressing firmly to edges. Combine sugar, water, corn starch and vanilla in a saucepan. Cook until thick and clear.

Spread desired fruit over crumb mixture, pour sauce over fruit and cover evenly with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
