BAKED PINEAPPLE CHUNKS 
2 lg (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
6 tbsp. flour mixed with 3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tube Town House crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Place drained pineapple chunks in bottom of pan. Add sugar and flour mixture. Sprinkle cheese and crackers on top. Pour melted butter over above. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
