SHRIMP SCAMPI | |
1/4 c. butter 2 cloves minced garlic 2 tsp. dried parsley 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 c. hot cooked rice 1 lb. shrimp, cooked & cleaned Melt butter in large skillet over low heat. Add garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and lemon juice. Stir until well blended. Add shrimp and heat thoroughly. Serve over rice. Serves 4. |
