SALMON LOAF 
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
Chopped onion, to taste
1 lb. can salmon, drained, flaked and boned
1 c. cracker crumbs

Mix above ingredients together. Shape into a loaf pan. Bake 1 hour uncovered at 350.
