SALMON LOAF OR MOLD | |
1 (1 lb.) can salmon 2 pkg. gelatin (Kosher) 1/2 c. ketchup 1/2 c. onions, chopped or grated 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/4 c. vinegar (not cider type) 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. cold water Dissolve gelatin in water. Boil ketchup with juice of salmon. Mix with gelatin; flake salmon fine; add rest of ingredients. Put into oiled pan or mold. Refrigerate overnight. |
