DON'S DELIGHT | |
1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew beef 2 cans green beans 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, bits and pieces Soy sauce Cut stew meat into small pieces, sear in skillet until brown; drain any grease from pan. Put meat into 4 quart pot; add beans and mushrooms (drain juice from mushrooms and dispose). Add soy sauce to taste. Place lid on pot and simmer on low heat, approximately 4 hours. Serve as is, or over rice. Yields 4 servings. Enjoy! |
