ITALIAN CUTLETS 
Beef, pork or turkey cutlets
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Olive oil
Your favorite spaghetti or pasta sauce (Classico ripe olive and mushroom
is good)
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese (grated)
Pasta

Preheat oven to 350, coat cutlets with bread crumbs, pressing them in several times on each side to slightly flatten cutlets and so they are well coated. Line a cookie sheet with foil and coat with olive oil. Use about 2-3 tablespoons. Lay cutlets on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Turn over and bake 5-10 minutes then remove from oven. Top each cutlet with spaghetti sauce (about 3 tablespoons) depending on size of cutlet. Then sprinkle well with Parmesan cheese and grated Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and bake about 15 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with pasta and remaining sauce and garlic bread.
