MEAT AND VEGETABLE LOAF 
1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
1/4 c. butter, melted
4 lg. carrots, grated
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 egg
1 med. onion, minced
3/4 c. toasted bread crumbs
1 c. canned tomatoes

Mix and pack in 8"x8"x2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4 large or 6 small servings.
