MEAT AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
3-4 carrots
2 c. stuffing
1 can mushroom soup
2 med. to lg. potatoes
1 lg. onion, in rings

Press 2/3 of meat into dish. Cover with a layer each of potatoes, onions rings, and carrots. Mix remaining meat, dressing mix, soup and 1 can of water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until done.
