CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2-3 lb. cabbage, shredded
1 lb. chopped meat
1 c. raw rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
Italian grating cheese

Brown onion and meat until lightly done. Brown rice in very little oil until nice and brown. Put layer of cabbage in casserole. Add 1 layer of rice, 1 layer of chopped meat. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of grating cheese. Repeat one more time, ending with cabbage on top. Sprinkle with more grating cheese. Add salt and pepper, if desired. Pour can of tomato soup with water over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for at least 1 hour. Stir once while baking.
