1 box German chocolate cake 1 can condensed milk 1 jar caramel syrup Cool Whip 1 box Heath bars Bake cake as directed. Cool. Poke holes with wooden spoon, every inch. Pour condensed milk over cake and in holes. Pour caramel over cake. Spread Cool Whip completely over cake. Crumble Heath bars over cake. Refrigerate and enjoy. | |
