1 box double chocolate swirl cake mix
1 box instant chocolate pudding
4 to 6 Heath Bars
1 large container Cool Whip

Make cake and bake per box directions. Make pudding according to package directions. Grind Heath Bars in blender. After cake is cooled, crumble. Layer cake, pudding, Heath Bars, and Cool Whip in glass dish. Chill.
