PEPPER STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
2 bell peppers
1 sm. onion
2 tomatoes
1 c. rice
1 box gravy mix
1 can mushrooms

Cut steak into small strips, slice peppers into small strips, chop one onion (optional) cut up tomatoes. Season steak to taste. Brown steak strips. After it has browned add peppers and onions.

Prepare box gravy mix, pour gravy over steak, peppers and onions simmer for about a 1/2 hour. While rice is cooking, add mushrooms and tomatoes for the last 10 minutes of cooking, serve over rice with crackers (optional).
