HOT CHEESE POTATO SALAD 
6 boiled potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. celery
1/3 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard

Toss all together, then pour 1/4 cup melted butter over mixture. Top with 2 cups grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and started to brown.
