NO-COOK BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 packages frozen broccoli, thawed
1/2 lb. cooked crisp bacon, crumbled (or bacon bits)
1 small red onion, chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. mayo
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 c. sugar

Mix first four ingredients together. Blend mayo, vinegar and sugar and add to other ingredients. Store in refrigerator overnight for better flavor. Serves 10.
