SAUTEED SOFT-SHELL CRABS 
8 soft-shells crabs
Salt and pepper
1/4 lb. melted butter
4 tbsp. bacon fat
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Wash crabs well and pat dry with towel. Season with salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet. Add bacon fat. When fat is very hot, add crabs. Sprinkle lemon juice on top of crabs. Cook for approximately 15 minutes each side. Drain on paper and serve.
