PAN FRIED SOFT SHELL CRABS 
8 soft shelled crabs (about 1 lb. cleaned)
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Toast points, opt.
Lemon wedges, opt.

Sprinkle the cleaned crabs with salt and pepper. In a 12 inch skillet, melt butter. Over medium heat, fry crabs 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Remove crabs; keep warm. Into butter remaining in the skillet, stir chopped parsley, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Pour sauce over crabs. If you like, serve on toast points with lemon wedges.
