1 Duncan Hines cake mix, yellow
1 env. Dream Whip, dry
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, undrained
1/2 c. oil

Mix all ingredients together; mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in greased and floured bundt pan. Cool cake completely; add frosting.

FROSTING:

1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (13 1/2 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (dry)
