MISSISSIPPI FUDGE CAKE (Sinfully
Good)
 
4 eggs
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. pecans
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 lg. jar marshmallow creme

ICING:

1 1/2 sticks butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/3 c. powdered sugar (1 lb. box)
1/2 c. milk or less

Melt butter and cocoa together. Pour dry ingredients into well beaten eggs, add cocoa, butter and pecans. Put into oblong pan (9 x 13 inch). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Test with toothpick. Spread marshmallow creme on cake. Put into oven until it melts.

Icing: Melt butter and cocoa together. Blend in sugar, vanilla and milk, a little at a time. Ice cake when cool.
