BAKED SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked
1/2 lb. crabmeat
6 slices white bread
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. sherry
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. chopped fresh dill

Cube bread and cheese and arrange in layers in greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole with shrimp and crabmeat. Finish with layer of cheese on top. Pour melted butter over all.

Mix mustard, salt, pepper, milk, eggs and sherry. Pour mixture over casserole. Refrigerate 8 hours. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 1 hour. Garnish with dill. Serves 4.
