BAKED SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen fillet flounder or sole
1 pkg. frozen shrimp (12-16 oz.)
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1 tbsp. chili sauce (or powder)
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. paprika

Poach or broil fish. Boil shrimp according to directions. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In bowl combine flaked fish with shrimp, celery, green pepper and onion. Mix mayonnaise with chili, Worcestershire, salt and mustard. Fold into seafood mixture. Spoon into a buttered 2 quart baking dish and bake 10 minutes.

Blend potato chips with butter and paprika. Sprinkle over top and bake 10 minutes longer or until brown and hot. Makes 4-6 servings.
