BAKED SEAFOOD SALAD | |
1/2 lb. shrimp 1/2 lb. shredded crabmeat 3/4 c. celery 1/4 c. onion 1/4 c. sour cream 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. soft bread crumbs 2 tbsp. melted butter Salt and lemon pepper to taste Combine shrimp, crabmeat and vegetables. Blend next 6 ingredients (sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and lemon pepper). Stir into seafood mixture. Spoon mixture into a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
