BANANA SPLIT SALAD 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick soft butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. powdered sugar
2 egg whites
1 stick soft butter
3 - 5 bananas
#2 can crushed pineapple
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Mix together cracker crumbs, 1 stick soft butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Press in 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Mix together 2 cups powdered sugar, egg whites and 1 stick soft butter. Beat together 10 minutes with mixer and spread on crumbs. Slice bananas lengthwise and place in dish. Put bananas in lemon juice before this to keep from turning brown. Drain crushed pineapple and spread over bananas. Cover all with Cool Whip. Garnish with chopped nuts.
