10-12 potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. dried chives
2 pkg. sour cream mix
8 oz. cream cheese

Boil and mash potatoes. Combine all ingredients and beat until fluffy. Put in large buttered casserole and bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Remove and drizzle with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Return to oven for another 10-15 minutes.
