1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Boil water and butter; add flour and stir until it forms a ball. Add eggs, one at a time. Form in a ring on a pizza pan. Bake 50 minutes at 375 degrees.

FILLING:

2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1/2 carton Cool Whip

FROSTING:

1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk

Bring to a boil; stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Drizzle over cake immediately.
