GERMAN RICE 
4 strips bacon
1 c. diced bell peppers
1/2 c. pimiento
2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. rice

In large saucepan fry bacon strips until crispy and set aside. To bacon drippings add bell peppers, pimiento, celery seed, sugar and vinegar, saute until tender. Prepare rice and mix with other ingredients. Place in dish and top with crumbled bacon.
