CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. lemon Jello
4 c. cranberry juice
2 c. diced McIntosh apples
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Heat juice to almost boiling and dissolve gelatin in juice. Pour in mold and let it firm up for about 30 minutes. When firmed enough, fold in apples, celery and nuts. Unmold on a bed of lettuce leaves.
