GERMAN CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix cheese and flour well. Beat in eggs. Add sugar slowly. Add milk and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into prepared crust and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Turn off oven and leave cake inside for 1/2 hour.

CRUST:

1/4 c. soft butter
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 beaten egg
1 c. and 4 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sugar

Mix ingredients and spread crust in pie pan.
