GERMAN CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE | |
1 box Pillsbury German chocolate cake mix 1/2 c. coconut 1 egg 1/3 c. melted butter 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1 pt. sour cream 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix together first 4 ingredients. Press in bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch Pyrex. Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons vanilla and 2 eggs. Beat until fluffy. Pour over chocolate mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. After cake has cooled or been refrigerated overnight mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate overnight! |
