CRAZY CARAMEL CRUNCH 
4 qts. popped corn
1/4 c. molasses
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Combine molasses, butter, sugar, salt, water and vinegar in heavy saucepan. Stir and cook over medium heat until mixture begins to boil. Continue to cook to hard crack or 310 degrees, stirring only occasionally. Remove from heat.

Add soda, stir vigorously until well blended. Stirring gently, pour syrup over popcorn. Break apart when cool enough to handle.
