FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Press into jelly roll pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

SPREAD:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. fruit juice (from pineapple & oranges)

Beat and spread on cooled crust.

TOPPING:

1 can crushed pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
2-3 bananas
Fresh strawberries
Kiwi fruit
Blueberries

Whatever fruits you like.

GLAZE: Use rest of fruit juice, thicken with 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Boil and pour over fruit and refrigerate.
