1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa
25 chocolate wafers
Strawberries
1 1/2 c. heavy cream

Add vanilla, sugar, and cocoa to cream; beat until firm. Spread cream on tops of cookies and make stacks of 5 cookies with cream between each cookie. Make 5 stacks, then lay them down horizontally sides touching in Pyrex pan. Spread remaining cream around the roll and garnish with strawberries. Chill for at least 5 hours.
