HOLIDAY POTATOES 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash browns, Ore Ida
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 onion, chopped
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed

Spread frozen potatoes in 9 x 13 pan. Spread on soup, sour cream, and chopped onion, which have been mixed together. Sprinkle with cheese and crushed crackers. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Quick and easy for a large group. Serves 12.
