10 or 15 potatoes
1/2 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. onion salt
Milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Dab of butter on top

Peel and cook potatoes to mash. Add rest of ingredients. Fix ahead of time. Put in casserole dish. Heat in regular or microwave oven before serving.
