HOLIDAY SWEET POTATOES 
1 can (30 oz.) sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Heat sweet potatoes and drain. Mix remaining ingredients in small saucepan and heat until butter is melted.

Pour over hot sweet potatoes and serve. Sauce and potatoes serves six. Sauce is thick and brown like gravy.
