HOLIDAY POTATO SOUP 
4 med. potatoes, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. butter
1 carrot, diced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 1/4 c. milk

Place potatoes, onion, carrot in small amount of water. Cover and cook about 20 minutes until d one. Mash and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Heat thoroughly in top of a double boiler; stirring occasionally.
