GREEN CHILE 
1 lb. hamburger or cubed pork
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. diced green chilies
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Brown hamburger or cubed pork with onion. Add flour and brown for 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and chilies. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Add water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serves 5 or 6. Use sauce over burritos. Top with grated cheese.
