GREEN CHILE 
2 lb. pork butt
3 tbsp. flour
Hot oil
1 qt. water
4 cloves garlic
1 (5 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
1 (2 oz.) can chopped hot green chili

Cut pork butt into cubes. Roll in flour and cook in deep pan in hot oil until almost done. Add 1 quart water, cloves, chopped tomatoes, and chopped green chili to taste until the sauce is as spicy as you want. Add salt to taste. Simmer at least 1 hour or more. Add more water if sauce is too thick. Serve over burritos.
