REFRIGERATOR PICKLES 
1 gallon sliced pickling cucumbers
3 lg. onions, sliced
4 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1/2 c. pickling salt (coarse)
1/4 tsp. turmeric
3 tbsp. celery seeds
2 tbsp. mustard seeds

Combine cucumbers and onion in a 1 gallon jar or 4 (1 quart) jars. Combine rest of ingredients in pot. Bring to a boil. Cool and pour over cucumbers and onions. Refrigerate 3 to 4 days before using. Keep unused portion refrigerated.
