FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 refrigerator sugar cookie dough

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. sugar

GLAZE:

1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sugar

FRUIT LAYER:

Peaches, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, kiwi or whatever fruit you wish.

CRUST: Grease pizza pan. Divide dough in half, pat down, make edge like you would for pizza. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING: (For 1 pizza.) Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and over baked crust.

FRUIT LAYER: Place fruit of your choice over filling.

CITRUS GLAZE: (For 1 pizza.) Mix ingredients together and boil 1 minute. Cool and spread over fruit.
